When staying in Seabreeze Villas, Coral Beach House or Moon Bay Condos, you have a unique choice of cars between our condo cars (EVs and hybrids) and a range of traditional (gas) cars picked up at the airport. Game to give our own “new energy” cars a chance?
Our Own EVs, Hybrids
In response to countless guest suggestions and the need to protect our island’s environment we’ve assembled our own small feet of “new energy” cars — EVs and hybrids. They’re yours exclusively to use as you please during your stay, like a rental car, but they’re not “rental cars”.
You’ll find your car waiting for you at your condo, not at a car rental agency at the airport. These are not rental cars and not available to the public — our condo cars are exclusively available to our guests as part of a condo package.
No insurance to buy, no waiting to sign a contract. You’ll be taking a taxi from the airport, but you’ll save many times the fare in insurance and gas, while helping to protect our environment.”

Four-passenger, 4-door with automatic transmission, A/C, AM/FM radio, RH-steer. Small trunk, good for two or three plus luggage. Our least costly option, and all you need for cruising around the island.

Five-passenger, 4-door with automatic transmission, A/C, nicely-equipped, RH-steering. Large trunk, for four or five plus luggage, About the size of a Honda Civic. Highly recommended!

FORD EXPLORER
Seven-passenger, 4-door premium SUV, with automatic transmission, A/C, AM/FM/CD, fully equipped, LH-steering. Ideal for six or seven, plus luggage. Less costly than the Expedition.

Conditions
- Minimum age to drive our cars is 25, with valid driving permit from home, no maximum age
- Unlimited mileage, gas must be topped up before returning rental cars and hybrids; Government's "environment tax" of US$10.75/night applies to all cars;
- Additional drivers are each at US$15/night (rental cars); US$10/night (condo cars);
- Full insurance coverage is included with condo cars, at no charge;
- Insurance coverage is not included with our rental cars, but is optional, and you may be at least partially covered by your credit card provider;
- Cost of rental cars will be billed to us - excluding any insurance you opt for, the "environment tax" and any additional driver fee. You pay these incidentals directly to the rental car agency;
- Rental cars are on a 24-hour basis; if you return the car to Payless or Avis later than when you picked it up, they can charge a late-return fee; More flexibility with our condo cars;
- Our rates include a 4-door mid-size EV (EEV-class), with automatic transmission and A/C, waiting for you right at your condo (along with our 5-minute EV intro);
- Although check-in time is 4:00pm, you can drop off your luggage anytime as of Noon, pick up your condo car at the same time, and come back after housekeeping is done;
